I chose to rate Volkswagen Glenwood Springs and its service team five stars due to the exceptional, above-and-beyond treatment I received during my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, transparency, and genuine care for both my vehicle and overall experience. I specifically ask for the time of repair, they told me 2 hrs. And when I arrived to pick up my car they told me that they needed 2 more hours, I couldn’t pick up my kids from school, they always give me my car washed and this time they didn’t.

The energy on 8/15 was really off. The receptionist who helped me was very passive aggressive, and quite rude . When she checked me in , her affect was dry and she was not open for small talk . I then asked her about other options for transportation and said the only option was the shuttle that takes clients to lunch . Later I heard her check in other customers and disclose loaner information. I then walked up to the front desk and she had her phone in front of her . She clearly saw me and ignored me for about a minute . I then asked her about the conflicting information she had shared with be about the shuttle being the only method of transportation during my wait . She stated that I had to request a loaner if I wanted one. I found it strange that whoever booked my service didn’t offer me these options. I found it more disappointing that the customer service rendered to me on 8/15 was not the same service and/ or good , enthusiastic and transparent attitude I received when I purchased my vehicle . It is very hard to determine if the receptionist who helped me had a personal problem with me .

I was surprised that I got four electrical system fault messages after only driving my ID.4 for 2500 miles. I contacted the dealer service and they got me in the next day. Fortunately the circuit board which drives the devices off of the 12V battery was in stock (a recalled part) and they repaired it within 5 hours. My car was cleaned and ready to go!
