After being towed to the dealer for the 4th time in 2 years, my ID.4 underwent a major software update. Less than 2 weeks later, the car refused to start, again. The next day it started and I drove it to a Ford dealership and traded it in for a Mach-E. Landyn King at VW Glenwood was great, but I don't think the mechanics ever solved the gremlins that haunted my vehicle. Finally gave up on my VW, too unreliable.
