I was met by a smiling face who brought me inside and explained everything showing me numbers (cost) and giving me choices. Landyn was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

The VW service department is really good. I trust that they do an excellent job with the car maintenance but more importantly they are very friendly and helpful and make the trip to Glenwood Springs a positive one. Shout out to Landyn who is very professional and very nice.
