    Showed up on time for an appointment, no one at VW service desk. 20 minutes later someone walks past and tells me to check in at Audi. OK, maybe a note? A sign? 50% of customer bathrooms out of order, coffee machine flashes “cleaning required” message, 3 hours with no updates on service, once the text appears, it takes another 30 minutes to get someone to check me out so I can leave. But, lucky me, I get loads of survey requests. You should get negative stars, actually. I understand Sonic only cares about reviews, not customers, so here you go.
