We were coming back home from extensive travel in Europe. We knew we wanted to purchase a VW Atlas Cross Sport for the past year. We thought we would stop in, check prices etc. We were very tired from travel and Jamie and Rob made it swift and easy. I was most please with how easy we came to an agreement without haggling. Excellent value. Service writer went beyond the call to assist w/ questions. 3.5 hrs - with an appointment - for oil change seems a bit much.

Glenwood VW wanted to charge me $650 to fix a chewed wire that they showed me... I did it myself in 16 minutes including putting my tools away. For my ID.4, they show a 10,000 mile service at $548 but Grand Junction says that's $45 (30,000 are $250). They also say that ID.4 service includes changing engine air filter and checking oil. ID.4 are ELECTRIC cars. This service center used to be excellent, but I'm willing to drive 180 miles round trip to NOT use them ever again. Save your money, heartburn, and headache and go somewhere else.

Everything went as expected except for a minor scheduling glitch. I was originally scheduled, had to change to Tuesday. Called the week before to make the change, was assured it was made, but received email reminder for the original Monday appointment. Called on Monday, confirmed the Tuesday time. Other than that, all went well.
