I called a when my car was done being checked out and it was to much money to get fixed the quote was like $3000 to fix so i said i didnt want it done. I took it their to be reprogrammed and you never even motioned anything about doing a reprogram. But on the phone you said it needed to be reprogrammed another mechanic said it needed programmed But never motioned in the diagnosis. Whicj isnt even the real issue, At the point of me not approving the work I was told the bill was $185 or $189 and i called to let you know i wasnt picking car up for a week and then the next week the bill Changed to $410. I know how it works say one thing then suddenly its a bunch more money been a mechanic for 25 years anyway why say its $189 then and ready to pick up then change it to $410 without any type of phone call nothing completely ridiculous Id be fine if they said $410 to begin with but i got told $189 to pick up and denied the $3000 work and then my bill changes to $410 after i was told $189 and was ready to be picked up. Didnt complain over it cause like i said i have been doing this a long time and you can come up with 20 different reason why the bill is more and theirs nothing i can do about it. Thanks for the Billing it just about cost me my job I relay to the boss the car was $189 when i was told by you then had to pay $410 JUST RIDICULOUS
