Communication has always been a challenge with VW. I was scheduled to have a loaner and the care was to be dropped off and mine to be picked up on Tuesday 2/11. There was no communication by 8:30 a.m. on that day so I had to call and find out when the courtesy car was coming to pick up and drop off the car. We then had to coordinate around meetings and daily life happens. Once the car was finished with the update, I received an auto message but no phone call that it was ready. Again I called and the service advisor Landon who confirmed the car was ready and asked me if I wanted my car that day, I responded yes and then she contacted the courtesy driver to see if the driver was available to deliver the car. The conversation was strange as Landon sounded put out by the request. I offered to drive down to Glenwood to return the loaner as my windows of time were tight because of my work schedule. Landon got through to the driver and we were able to make the swap happen on Thursday, 2/13.
